Betcuci Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to betcuci. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the betcuci platform, including the website at betcuci.vu, the Android and iOS mobile app, and all services provided by Betcuci ("Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Betcuci reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. 1 Acceptance of Terms

• An active mobile phone number that can be reached.
• A valid and active email address.

Betcuci implements a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification document, proof of address, or financial documents at any stage of Platform use, particularly before your first withdrawal or when certain transaction thresholds are reached. 3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all account login details. Betcuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your account secure.

We recommend the following security measures to protect your account:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via an authenticator app or SMS.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.

Betcuci will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or Live Chat. If you receive any such request claiming to be from Betcuci, it is a fraudulent attempt — please report it to us immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The betcuci Platform supports a wide range of secure, fully integrated local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the betcuci finance team. This is part of our security measures to prevent money laundering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Betcuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and exclusive offers for VIP members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering (rollover) requirements, which are clearly stated in each promotional offer.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses at Betcuci:

• Bonuses may only be credited to one account per individual, per household, or per IP address.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud & Manipulation: Using automation software, bots, or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.

• Protection Wagering: Systematically wagering on all possible outcomes to reduce actual risk for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another individual to use your account, or using an account that belongs to someone else.
• Threats & Harassment: Threatening, insulting, or harassing betcuci staff or other members through any communication channel.

Betcuci reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in prohibited activities. Accounts found to be in breach of these rules may be suspended or closed without prior notice, and the balance in the relevant account may be fully forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

8 Data Protection & Privacy

Betcuci takes our responsibility to protect your personal information seriously. All data you provide to us is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our comprehensive Privacy Policy.

Your data is protected through multiple layers of security:

• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from a competent authority or regulatory body.
• Self-exclusion request initiated by the member.

If your account is closed at your own request or due to inactivity expiry, any valid balance in your account will be returned to you upon completion of the required verification process, provided no breach of these Terms involving that balance has occurred.

10 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The betcuci Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we always strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and consistently, betcuci makes no guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be available without interruption, errors, or delays.
• All content and information on the Platform is free from errors at all times.
• The Platform is entirely free from viruses, cyber threats, or other harmful elements.

Betcuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Betcuci's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

Betcuci is committed to responsible gambling practices and the wellbeing of all our members. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a serious issue that affects their personal, family, and financial lives.

Responsible gambling tools available to all Betcuci members:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Betcuci is registered and legally operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through friendly negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
